Approval Certificates / Letters
All of the courses offered on our website are approved by
the state authorities that regulate traffic school courses
(in most cases the DMV). Our Florida traffic school course
is approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and
Motor Vehicles (DHSMV); our Texas defensive driving course
is approved by the Texas Education Agency (TEA); and our Virginia
online driver improvement course is approved by the Virginia
Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). If you would like to view
the approval certificate for a particular course, please select
the state from the drop-down menu below.
NOTE: In some states, the clerk of the court
determines whether you are eligible to attend a driver improvement
course for ticket dismissal or removal of points from your
driver license. If you are not sure whether a course offered
on our website will satisfy a requirement of the court, please
