The course material is presented sequentially, therefore you will need to begin with the first unit and work through each successive unit until you reach the final exam. The course contains internal timers to ensure that you spend the required amount of time in each course section. The length of time you will be required to spend on each page is determined by the amount of material on the page.

Personal Validation Questions: How will they be used in the course?
Near the end of the registration process, you will be asked to answer ten personal validation questions, which will re-appear at various points throughout the course in order to confirm the identity of the course user. These questions are not a marketing tool or some form of survey, therefore we ask that you carefully consider each response that you provide. When the questions re-appear later in the course, you will be required to give the same response that you provided when you registered for the course.
Final Exam: What score is required to pass the final exam?

After you have completed all of the course sections and paid the course registration fee, you will be able to access the final exam. When you choose to take the exam, you will be asked 40 questions that are drawn randomly from the material. In order to pass the exam, you must receive a score of at least 80%, which means that you can miss no more than eight questions. You will be given three opportunities to take the final exam at no additional cost. Please read the instructions carefully before you begin taking your exam. Notification of a passing score will be sent to our certificate processing division which will process and mail your certificate of completion to the registration address. If you do not pass the exam upon your first two attempts, you will be prompted to call our office at (863) 616-9894 in order to receive further instructions.

Course Progress: Does the course have to be completed in one sitting?
No, you can spend as much time on the course as you wish. Because you receive a unique login name when you register for the course, you will be able to access the course from any computer that allows you to browse the Internet. Your course progress is updated automatically after you complete each page of the course, therefore you will be able to log out of the course at one computer and pick up where you left off at another computer. If you wish to leave the course at any time, simply log out, and log in again when you are ready to resume your work. You can spend hours, days, or even weeks on the course.
