and if you find a lower price for a State-approved traffic school
or defensive driving course, we won't just match it, we'll beat

Here's How It Works:
If you find a State-approved online course at a lower price at any
time prior to certificate issuance, we will beat that price by 5%
(except where recalculation of discounted price would result in
a price prohibited by law, in which case we will match the lowest
price permitted by law). This promotion is only valid to customers
signing up directly through TicketSchool.com and does not apply
to customers who sign up through a website belonging to one of our
online partners.

We reserve the right not to honor competitor prices with restrictions,
offers based upon typographical errors, mail-in rebates, free courses,
prices “bundled” with other services, or prices specifically
prohibited by law. Competitor price verification shall be based
upon our examination of written offers (postcards, flyers, etc.)
or offers advertised on the Internet. We reserve the right to change
the terms of this policy without notice.
