Florida Learner's Permit Course

Key Power Driving School offers this easy, convenient 4-hour drug and alcohol class for Florida first time drivers. This course is a State requirement if you have never been licensed in Florida and you are ready to get your learner's permit.

You may take the online drug and alcohol course when you turn 15. Our course contains the following great features:

  • Less reading and more video – Some companies offer courses with hundreds of stastics and no video. Our course has fewer statistics and keeps you focused through the use of animations, graphics, and video.
  • Study at your own pace – If after school activities leave you with little time to study, you can study our course on your own schedule, logging in and out whenever you like.
  • No boring lecture – You won't have to fill out a workbook or listen to a dull lecture for four hours. How cool is that?

Online Driver License Test

After you complete your Florida drug and alcohol course online, you will have the option to take your online driver license test. This is the 20 questions road signs and road rules test that you must pass in order to receive your Florida learner's permit.

You do not have to take your online driver license test right after you finish your drug and alcohol course if you are not ready to. If you need to study the Florida driver's handbook first, you can do that, then log back into this website to take your online test.

The State of Florida only allows you to take your driver license test online if you have completed your drug and alcohol class on the Internet. If you take your drug and alcohol class in a classroom, you must go to the driver license office to take your driving exam.

*A separate fee is required for each online driver license test attempt. This fee is not included in the price of the drug and alcohol course.
